Choshi, Chiba, Japan｜なまえのない店

When I opened the door to the store, there was so much purple smoke that it was the first time in a while that I blinked a lot. The interior and exterior have a nice rustic feel. Since it was morning time, the local regulars were relaxing and I listened with great interest as they talked about the past, the rise and fall of Choshi's nightlife. I had the pudding, and it was Masaka's ◯Mazaki Spring Bread Festival Plate. I truly enjoyed the taste of a gentle home-cooked meal.

This coffee shop is located a short walk from Iinuma Kannon and is run by a madam whose hobby is growing plants. We will be excited to talk about flowers. The old-fashioned firm pudding is delicious. Although the size is small. It has a strong egg flavor. Eat with a fork instead of a spoon. You can enjoy it with a refreshing bitter coffee made from a siphon. Immediately after opening, the cafe is crowded with old men ordering toast sets for breakfast, but it becomes a quiet coffee shop around noon. The cheese toast has thick bread and is filling. The cheese has a nice salty taste. The salads and soups on the set menu are also delicious. Lemon squash has strong carbonation and has the sourness of freshly squeezed lemon, but it also has just the right amount of sweetness, making it easy to drink. The cream soda is also rich in vanilla ice cream. The handmade rare cheesecake has a plump texture, and the sweetness of the blueberry sauce matches the sourness of the cake. Until a few years ago, they also had coffee jelly and strawberry mousse, but they seem to have reduced the number of items on the menu since last year, but the lineup is still enough for a relaxing stay. It's a pure cafe with a nice atmosphere that you'll want to spend hours with ☺️
