Taiki, Mie, Japan｜古民家カフェ こんぺいとう

This is a cafe near Takihara Shrine. Lunch with coffee costs 730 yen and you can choose from 3 main dishes. On this day, we had pork saute, fried chicken with grated sauce, and fried horse mackerel. The photo is of fried chicken. It came with a lot of small side dishes and was delicious. The coffee came with extra bread, so I felt like I had earned it.

I bought Chikuzenni and a bento box when I happened to stop by and ate it at the station, but I was surprised at how delicious the Chikuzenni was. The soup stock worked well and the texture was just right...the bento box was also very delicious. Next time I will make a reservation and have it at the store.

It's elegant and delicious. I had the daily lunch special (chicken and vegetables with sweet and sour sauce). There are many items and all of them are delicious. I felt that the level was quite high.
