A coffee shop with an owner who is nearly 80 years old. The health special I drank this time is 960 yen, which is a little expensive for a cup of coffee. I think it's a shop that you should visit for a leisurely cup of coffee, rather than a cafe that you can just pop into for the time being. This is because the coffee is brewed slowly and carefully as described later. We use a lot of coarsely ground coffee beans (15g/person), and carefully extract coffee with our own flannel drip for a taste you can't drink anywhere else. As you can see in the picture, it has a light color like black tea, but I enjoyed the firm, light and fruity taste. It takes about 10 minutes to extract one cup, so it is better to order the same thing rather than ordering separately. I also got a rare cheesecake together, but it's perfect for coffee, so I recommend it too.

It is located about 3 minutes by car from Meihan Expressway Ueno IC. The inside of the store is very quiet, but the interior has a sense of unity. The owner is a very pleasant old man, and he spoke to me in a soft tone even though I was visiting for the first time. I ordered the mocha (930 yen) and the recommended rare cheesecake (650 yen). I waited for about 10 minutes to see if it was made carefully. The mocha was a little bitter but aromatic. The rare cheesecake has less sourness peculiar to rare cheese, and you can feel the taste of rare cheese. The sourness was suppressed, so it was compatible with coffee. The high price is a bottleneck, but I wanted to visit again.
