Ise, Mie, Japan｜珈琲 浪漫

I found this adorable little store up a small staircase, and it was a great find. The menu is mostly in Katakana with Hiragana and Kanji, but if you know Katakana you will be able to order most things like ココア (cocoa) or チョコレートバナナパン (chocolate-banana pancakes). The atmosphere is nice with cafe music and a nice view, and the presentation of the food and drink were masterful. If I was able to go again I would!! There is also a cute little kitty sleeping in a little crate bed.

It's on the 2nd floor, halfway to Oharai-cho. After visiting the Naiku Shrine and walking around Oharai-cho, I was tired and took a break. After taking my order, they brewed delicious ☕ with a siphon. Seasonal yellow peach 🍑. I also received the cake 🍰. This is a relaxing hideaway coffee shop where you can relax and forget about the crowded approach to the shrine.

This is my second visit. (Last time was about 4 years ago?) The store is on the second floor up the stairs, and when I visited last time, there was a cat next to the counter, but this time I was taking a nap in a dedicated room at the top of the stairs. The atmosphere of the shop is very good and you can see the personality of the owner. You can feel it from the episodes pasted on the goldfish tank to the numerous pictures pasted on the door of the toilet. The world view, or rather, how the owner wants you to spend your time in this space is well conveyed. This time I went with my companion, but I feel that it would be nice to go alone and have a cup of coffee while looking out at the table seat by the window. I would like to stop by again when visiting Ise.
