The cutest cafe with many delicious menu options. A simply cup of coffee, lunch, a full meal set — everything is delicately prepared and plated. I was surprised at how much is included with a set (drink, generous dessert plater, salad, and main dish). It’s a short walk from Hinaga Station (along the yellow-marked Tokaido road). Highly recommend visiting if you are ever in the area 😊

Late October 2023 I stopped by on my way from Kuwana-juku to Shono-juku while walking along the 53 Stations of the Tokaido. As I had researched in advance, there were no suitable restaurants along the road after Yokkaichi, so I had to carry food with me. As I was walking, I could smell curry from somewhere, and when I looked, I saw Cafe Inoue on the side of the road. Although it was a little early for lunch, I entered the store. The menu had several lunch sets that included dessert and coffee, which attracted Neapolitan, but I chose a curry hamburger steak, and my companion had a grated Japanese-style hamburger steak. What surprised me was the dessert, which was very satisfying for lunch. Needless to say, the food was delicious, and although it was only a short time, I was able to relax by talking with my wife and daughter about walking the Tokaido road and cooking clams in Kuwana. This restaurant is located along the old Tokaido road, so it's perfect for people walking along the highway, so they don't have to take a detour, so I think it's perfect for a meal or a break. By the way, I feel that the smell of curry is better than any signboard in terms of attracting people's attention.

This is a hidden cafe located on a small alley in Yokkaichi. My hobby is visiting cafes, and I've been interested in this shop for a while. I happened to visit on a date and have been a repeat customer ever since. I like Neapolitan and always order it. Each of the ingredients stands out in its own way, making it fun to eat. The egg spread on the iron plate is also good. It's a comfortable shop with friendly staff and a calm customer base that appreciates that. I will go again.
