Kuwana, Mie, Japan｜Café Moelleux

This shop was introduced in the morning corner of the TV program Dodesca, so I stopped by on my way to the Nagashima outlet. I ordered a limited quantity plate breakfast (on this day, it was a thick-yaki egg sandwich).The egg was heavy and delicious.The fries that came with it were also delicious with a strong sweet potato flavor! Apparently, they have a very sophisticated machine called the Drip Master for hot coffee (it's like a barista hand-dripping coffee), so next time I go, I want to sit near the counter and take a closer look. . The good thing is that you can choose from light roast, medium roast, and dark roast. The iced coffee my companion ordered came on a tray with a small glass of strong drip liquid and water so that I could adjust the strength. It's stylish and comfortable! The atmosphere is nice and the staff are also nice. There seemed to be some older regulars there, and it was funny to hear conversations like, ``The usual seats are empty'' (and they start operating the drip master even before they take your order). I don't know what happened, so I can't say anything rashly, but in order to protect such a calm and gentle space, I guess it can't be helped that they decided to please refrain from inviting preschool children.

I received the Brulee Petit Chiffon. It's delicious as rumored. It's moist, the custard cream isn't too heavy, and it's delicious when combined with the chiffon. I was hesitant because I like coffee, but I ended up getting the cold brew coffee. I will go out for drinks again❕ The smiles of the staff members were also wonderful.
