This cafe offers fluffy pancakes and pasta for lunch. It's so fluffy.

It is a cafe about 5 minutes on by walk from Shinmoriya station. There are about 8 to 10 table seats inside, and it feels modest. This café seems to be particular about black tea, and they take out a case containing real tea leaves and let you try the aroma of the tea leaves. I thought it would be nice to be able to choose from among the tea leaves that I liked. Also, I ordered curry and brulee pancakes. I personally liked it very much. The brulee pancake was so fluffy that it fell apart as soon as you put a fork in it. Caramel, custard cream, and fluffy pancakes were very good and delicious. There were other meals such as pasta and sandwiches, and cream soda, so it was a shop that I could enjoy many times.

A shop whose brûlée pancakes are fluffy and delicious. A hidden cafe located in a residential area one block away from the main street. The main menu also includes curry and pasta, so it might be a good idea to enjoy them for lunch or dinner.
