It’s an interesting mix of Japanese style kisaten and coffee shop, with about 95% traditional Japanese and the rest - western style. Cakes are delicious and coffee is good. The place itself is an old Japanese building, well looked after.

Try the yude-manju - it's one of the shop's specialties. They also offer pudding and cafe au lait flavored mochi - it's kept in a freezer in the back, so you have to ask for it.

A long-established Japanese sweets shop in Yuki. There are about four Japanese confectionery shops in the old town of Yuki, but this one is located on the main street that extends from the station square. The building on the north side (intersection corner) is a cafe space, and the building on the south side is a Japanese confectionery shop (sales). . Not only Yuki's famous boiled manju, but also mame daifuku, kusamochi, seasonal limited sakuramochi and kashiwamochi were all delicious. When I visited during the spring break, the sweets made by Otegi seemed to be popular with tourists. In addition, there is a dorayaki shop that is open only on weekends in one corner of the parking lot, and you can eat freshly baked dorayaki.
