I asked about Hegisoba, but everything was more than I expected, such as a beautiful shop, a cool store, good customer service from the staff, and the taste of the food. Matcha and yokan came out before ordering, and the Hegisoba set also came with anmitsu, which was very satisfying. I entered the store right after it opened, but customers rushed in in no time (laughs) I was always impressed with what a popular store it was. Next time I will have mountain stream soba ♪

I had the Keiryu Soba and Tempura set. The soba noodles went down smoothly, and the vegetable and shrimp tempura was crispy and delicious. Before the soba noodles arrived, we were served matcha tea and fresh sweets, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and relaxing. I would like to use it again when I go to Tsukuba!
