Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜itte mikka

My favorite cafe where everything is cute. The store can seat about 3 groups. There is a wide selection of desserts, all of which are delicious, and since I like Scandinavia, I like the atmosphere, miscellaneous goods, and tableware in the store, so I can choose whatever I want to soothe me. I get the impression that there are a lot of take-outs. Honestly, it's a cafe that I'd like to keep a secret. I'm so happy to have Itte Mikka in Tsukuba ☺️ This is a cafe that I will continue to use for takeout, souvenirs and gifts, and as a cafe. Currently, the shop is only open once a week as the owner is raising a family, but those days are Saturdays, which is very nice for office workers.

I passed by on my bike to Mt. Tsukuba and was curious about it. This shop. I want something warm when it's cold. Fill your stomach with the dark-roasted blend and hearty scones, and finish off with cream cheese pudding. As you eat towards the bottom of the cup, the texture and sweetness increase, which is an irresistible surprise! We also took precautions against the coronavirus. When there were a lot of customers in the store, there was a CO2 monitor that was used to closely check the store. I'm looking forward to thinking about what I'll eat slowly next time. [Additional note] The lunch plate seems to be a bit small, especially for men, so I think it would be a good idea to take the plunge and order a large bowl of rice (apparently it's free) from the beginning. ---- Revisited today (3/14) --- We slipped in just before closing time in the pouring rain. I ordered a roll cake because it was rare. Along with dark roast blend and pudding. When it comes to roll cakes, sweet fresh cream is the standard, but it's hard to describe. It's less sweet, but has a strong taste, with a slight lemon taste that makes you think, ``Wow?'' It goes well with the slightly chewy texture of the dough. Chopped lemon inside the cream and on top of the cake? Isn't it an exquisite harmony that has been arranged! The sauce that comes with the plate is also stylish! It looks like chopped lemon mixed with strawberries and sweet sauce. Too bad you can't scoop it up with just a fork! I wanted to eat more.

The store is stylish, and the tableware, cutlery, miscellaneous goods, and baked goods are all cute and will get you excited. Plate lunch, dessert, and coffee are delicious! ! The staff at the store were also cute and made me feel very welcome. I would have passed if it was closer to home lol
