Excellent bread!

I visited for the first time in August 2021. The bread I purchased was excellent. I'm not familiar with Italian bread, so it may not be accurate, but I thought it would be delicious to eat it with a slightly chewy feeling when warmed, not the crispness of French bread. There was one type of lunch, and a plate of salad, soup, ham, cheese, and other bread that goes well with bread was provided. The additional gelato I ordered on the day was also very delicious. When the number of customers stopped, I had a chance to talk to the owner, and I realized that he really loves cats. The two cats roam freely inside and outside the store. For this reason, the only drawback may be that eating and drinking inside the restaurant is not suitable for people who don't like cats. The location is in the former Hachigo Town, at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba, rather than Ishioka City, in a mountain village off the main road.
