More Comments at Google MapThe environment was really good! It is a nice place to hang out with your friends during tea time. It's rare to find English tea set in the Tsukuba area and the 3-tier dessert (1950yen) that comes with either a drink bar or a pot of tea, was delicious. My favorite is the Baumkuchen with cheese fillings (I don’t remember the name). The drink bar comes with 4 choices of tea (2 hot and 2 cold). Tea is really high quality and tastes delicious.
A very quaint tea café and shop that has beautiful decor and lovely tea. The scones are very much recommended.
Visited with a reservation for afternoon tea from 11:00 on Saturday. Last drink order is 16:30, so you can stay until 17:00. It's just under 3,000 yen including the all-you-can-drink plan (plus 550 yen), and there's no time limit, so it's a great deal. All-you-can-drink 2 types of hot tea and 1 type of iced tea. You can also choose one type of tea from the menu and have it served in a pot (not all-you-can-drink). Afternoon tea's top tier includes almond tofu-flavored ice cream, cheese cream cake, and orange cake; the middle tier includes salted Baumkuchen scones; and the bottom tier includes thick-sliced ham sandwiches. 2 o'clock? 3 O'clock? It was fully booked for a while. I recommend it because the quality of the sweets and tea is very high, including the atmosphere.
