The food was good and the host was hospitable! Recommended!

I work around the area so I decided to check out this cafe. The only regret I have about this cafe is that I didn't discover it sooner. The atmosphere inside is incredibly calming. There's a ton of decor, like a big bell hanging from the ceiling, the cement in the ground that's actually a map of the area, and a mysteriously placed E.T. in the corner wearing bunny ears, but somehow, it all fits. The music is played at a nice, low volume and that is a huge plus. I had salad, curry doria, and a mont blanc with two cups of coffee. Everything was so delicious that I cleaned my plate before I knew it. The cafe owner seems very nice. Toy Box may very well be my favorite cafe in Japan so far. I'll definitely be coming back. Edit: All of their desserts are very sweet, and absolutely perfect with black coffee.
