In the year 2007, three foreign teachers living in Hitachi-Omiya visited Otty's bar as it was then. We were welcomed with open arms by the owner himself, and frequented his amazing bar many times before we left to our home countries. I'm glad to see Otty still has a place and is doing well. I hope to visit again someday.

I received shaved ice. Shaved ice seems to be available from 2pm, outside of lunch time. It will take time. I was told that It was worth the wait.
