I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this cafe on the way from Hitachi Seaside Park!!! It’s an old kissa frequented by locals, and the owners are really kind (they only speak Japanese!) 🥳🙏🏽 We went there for their desserts, but their toast looked so good too 😭✨ The anmitsu, cake, cafe and hot chocolate were fantastic, so I totally recommend this place if you’re around! The cafe also hosts exhibitions by local artists - We were lucky enough to meet the artist for the next exhibition starting tomorrow 16th October! 🥰 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I was really lucky to find this cafe on my way from Hitachi Seaside Park! This is a long-established coffee shop frequented by locals, and the owner is very kind 🥳🙏🏽 We went for dessert but were also tempted by the toast! 😭✨ The anmitsu, cake, cafe, and hot chocolate were all great, so if you're in the area, I highly recommend it! I passed by the place in September 2020, so I stopped by for the first time in over ten years. The atmosphere hasn't changed. The Showa-style exterior, interior, BGM, and restrooms are nostalgic😃

Cafe use on weekday evenings. I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere. Today's cake peach cake is delicious 🍑
