I visited after visiting Izumi Shrine. I didn't have a reservation, but perhaps because it was opening time, they showed me around without having to wait. Although it was a weekday, there were many customers who made reservations after entering the store, so I think it would be better to make a reservation before going. This time I ordered three specials (chicken in cream sauce, ratatouille, soft-boiled egg and cheese), and the lunch came with salad and carrot potage. The salad was hearty and loaded with nuts, and the dressing was delicious! The galette said, ``It's also recommended to mix and eat,'' so after tasting each, I mixed them together and it gave me a different taste, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously until the end. Dessert plate (half-boiled cheesecake, hojicha ice cream, galette bretonne) Is hojicha ice cream between ice cream and sorbet? It was refreshing and had a strong tea aroma. All of the dishes were delicious, but the carrot potage and soft-boiled cheesecake were particularly delicious, and I thought, "I hope they don't go away!" as I savored them slowly and ate them (lol). The store was neatly organized, the staff were kind, polite, and had gentle smiles, and even though it was my first time here, it was a relaxing and soothing space. Considering the quality of the food and the hospitality, the price is reasonable and feels like a good deal. The desserts seem to change depending on the season, so I'd definitely like to visit again when I'm in Ibaraki again. Thank you for the wonderful food and your time 😊

I came here based on a friend's word of mouth. If there wasn't a sign with the menu at the entrance, I would have passed by. The garden is very nice, and Tomoko Hidaka's work creates an even more wonderful space and makes you feel comfortable. The vegetables in the salad felt fresh, and the galette made with Hitachi soba flour, which I tried for the first time, was refreshing and gentle on the body. The recommended fig tart was also mildly sweet and delicious. Fortunately, there were no customers, so I was able to take photos here and there, which I am grateful for. This time, my wife and I will visit together. Thank you for the meal.

I had the buckwheat galette and cake. The galette has a good flavor and is a little chewy.
