Delicious and generous!

I entered the store after 13:00 on a weekday without waiting. There is a parking lot right across from City Hall. There were also separate toilets for men and women. A lovely nostalgic interior with a large hearth. I was greeted by a staff member with a lovely smile and took a seat in a semi-private room. I ordered gravy soba and spicy soup niku soba. Both the texture of the soba noodles and the taste of the dipping sauce are great. The small bowl of konjac was also delicious. There is Sanju sesame chili oil on the table, and you can enjoy different flavors. You can choose soba noodles with thick noodles, thin noodles, or a large serving, and the large serving is also free. A restaurant where you can enjoy gravy soba made with stone-ground flour from Chichibu. The store is clean, the food is great, and the customer service is great. I would love to go again.

An interesting restaurant where you can order a large serving of thick and thin soba noodles for free. It's a lot! This time I had a set of pork bowl and zaru soba. Although there is a picture of the bowl on the menu, I ordered a set because I thought it was a common exaggerated picture. I was hungry, so I asked for a set of soba noodles and a large serving. Then, "A powerful pork rice bowl with white rice and 3 pieces of pork that is 15 cm wide and 5 mm thick" and "a heaping amount of soba in a colander" came out ... I missed it. The amount of soba noodles was close to the amount of grated yam soba ordered by my companion. The thick noodles have a rough texture and the flavor of soba noodles is just as good as the dashi stock. Thin noodles go down smoothly. Biting into the hot, sweet and salty pork and adding white rice into it will make you happy. But there are so many... I ate it all up this time, but if you're not hungry and confident, it might be difficult to finish the whole set. Walnut soba has a strong soup flavor, so thick noodles are just right. If you add soba-yu to soba-tsuyu and drink it, it has a sweetness similar to gojiru and is delicious, so I recommend it!
