The menu has expanded compared to the past, but I ended up ordering the standard menu. I saw some groups made up entirely of Generation Z, so I was happy to think that we had succeeded in attracting a new generation. I would like to go there again if it was near my house.

If you want to eat chewy udon noodles, I think you should avoid it. It seems that the soba noodles have also been updated. The parking lot looks small when you enter from Denen-dori, but the parking lot in the back is quite spacious. However, the Fussa store closes early. (17:00) Until recently, they didn't offer ramen, but they've been offering ramen for a few months now. I think Yamada Udon's standard kakiage bowl is delicious. The scarecrow curry and punch set meal (pork offal) are both delicious. Well, whatever you eat is delicious. All gourmets should not go there. There is no doubt that I would give it 5 stars.
