More Comments at Google MapThe restaurants we found through reviews on Google Map are really valuable for reference, but this highly rated family restaurant was really not easy to find. The store sign was not obvious, and there were no queues. It was also located on the first basement floor, which made us almost miss it. Just missed it, but if you're looking for authentic Japanese home-style cuisine nearby, this place won't disappoint you. The menu has pictures, making it easy to order or see what the customers next door are eating. Just follow what you see and order. The main dishes and side dishes are both delicious and the saltiness is moderate, which suits my taste. All seats are bar chairs along the small kitchen, which is not suitable for groups of more than four guests. During the meal, you can watch the owner and his family working. Everyone performs their duties and works quietly, turning home-cooked ingredients into delicious dishes. When I put it on the table, I felt a little touched. Just see Noa Salon, the cafeteria is on B1
I was about to leave the line because I got just after their opening time at 11:30 and the place was full already, meaning that I’d have to wait for a whole round of people to eat and leave. I’m glad I didn’t: the food was excellent and the teishoku had several of the usual small dishes that were as good as the main, chicken nanban in my case. Only con is that it only serves 8 people, so if you get there by 1pm on a weekend be prepared to wait.
Cozy cute restaurant. Everything is ¥1,000 and I got a lot of food. This is like a typical Japanese mother’s homes cooking. Very good.
