Small and very welcoming place. We stumbled unto it before Ghibli Museum visit. No menu, just a single option per day, like a great home cooked meal. Wonderful experience. Not vegetarian friendly but they were very accommodating to the two of us in our group who were.

Great locals place to eat lunch after or before the Ghibli museum. Menu is just one choice but a great one at an excellent price [900 yen].

One of my favorite experiences in Japan so far! The food was delicious - it was like being invited into someone’s home for a home-cooked meal.
