Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan｜Yamada Udon

I visited the home of Saitama's top local restaurant chain, Yamada Udon. There is a shop on the left when you enter, and it is decorated with the autograph of Momoclo Z, Saitama's top local idol. It's been a while since I last visited Yamada Udon, but it was bigger, had a better atmosphere, and was better than the previous restaurant I went to. The udon noodles are soft and have a unique texture. Soba noodles are delicious. The ramen is served flat and has a unique texture. The dumplings are white. The red punch is less slimy than the last time I ate it. The draft beer is of a surprisingly high level. Hall leader is better. Automatic payment machine. Electronic money can be used.

Yamada Udon is a restaurant that represents Saitama. I had some business nearby and decided to go to the main store. Since it's the main store, it was more spacious than regular Yamada Udon. There are Yamada udon goods next to the cash register, and as a Saitama citizen, I have no choice but to buy them. I bought a T-shirt and I really like it. I asked for a punch to compare the taste, and it was consistently delicious. I would like to go again.

As it is the main store, the inside of the store is very nice and clean. I go here often because it's cheap and delicious. It's Saitama's soul food, so if you're from another prefecture, please give it a try.
