Since I came after lunch, I calmly observed the inside of the restaurant while listening to the sound of fried rice being stir-fried.In addition to the counter, there was a table for four people, and a family-friendly tatami room in the back. First bite of fried rice...moist and fluffy! The Machi Chuka is not as strong as the chain restaurants, but has a gentle seasoning that makes the role of eggs and chashu clear. Simply delicious! The karaage is made with chicken marinated in a sauce with a faint alcoholic flavor and a thin, crispy batter made from potato starch, making it an old-style Chinese dish! While I was eating, I looked at the handwritten menu in front of the counter and was looking forward to seeing what I would eat next time. In addition to cash, it seems that they also accept paypal payments.
