Nishitokyo, Tokyo, Japan｜Matsuya

I was very impressed with how good this shop was! I like Matsuya and have used many different stores, but although this Hibarigaoka store is small, it was wonderful in every way. First of all, the quality of the food. I always order "raw vegetables" (salad) wherever I go, but the shredded cabbage here was fresh and juicy. It may have been a coincidence that they served me something that had not been prepared for a long time, but it was the first time I had eaten such delicious "raw vegetables" (salad) at Matsuya. The ``Beef Meshi'' was also delicious, with both the meat and onions being bright and well-cooked. The thickness of the miso soup is just right. The inside of the store is well kept and clean. The two clerks were Japanese women who were very hospitable. I thought it was because of these people's hard work that we were able to enjoy delicious beef rice, fresh salads, and beef rice. I think it would be nice to have a Matsuya like this nearby. Thank you for the meal.
