Although he has a foul mouth, he is kind at heart, and is the shop owner who looks after each and every customer. They don't seem to say it out loud, but behind the scenes, they work hard to procure ingredients and maintain the price and quality. If you get swearing, don't be shy and give it back (laughs).

With a difference of 1,000 yen, 4 pieces become 5 pieces, so I received the 5 pieces. There were 2 refreshing pieces with grated ponzu radish and 3 pieces with homemade sauce, both of which were delicious. It was a set meal that included ohitashi and salad, and I was grateful for the amount of vegetables.
