How about a smooth cutlet? While thinking about this, when I finally ate it, it was actually good, not too thin. It's much thicker than sliced ​​pork or beef rice, and the coating is nicely crispy. Above all, the Garibata onion sauce is a hit in terms of quantity and quality. It's probably my favorite of all Matsuya's menu items. Even so, the plate is huge every time!

Amazing taste! When I visit nearby, I always end up visiting after thinking about it. This is one of Fudomae's famous restaurants that changed my concept of gyudon!
