Always Otoya is good! Surprised to see all the order has been already automated by introduction of tablet.

Their Mamba chicken!! Goodness gracious! It's a must try. They quality of the food, service of the people. Staff was really nice even thought I'm a foreigner with who doesn't speak any Japanese

Ootaya is a must when visiting Japan! The prices and set menu's they have are pretty good and quite filling. I always come here when Im in Japan.
