I think the food itself is no different from other Ootoya restaurants. I went after 13:00 on a weekday, and there were 3 groups waiting and I waited for about 15 minutes. There were some part-time workers who were inexperienced, but the experienced staff provided support and treated us with kindness and politeness, so we had a very pleasant meal. Since Ootoya is particular about cooking in-house, it takes a long time from ordering to serving the food. Knowing this, I tend to stay away from particularly busy lunches, but I think it's good value for money. So I will go again when I have time (^^v
