This set meal shop is located a little before Waseda Street from the Koenji Azuma-dori shopping street.It has a wide variety of set meals, is cheap, and the portions are huge. Even if it's normal, there are a lot of side dishes and rice. I had the stir-fried meat and vegetables, and the vegetables were crunchy and the seasoning matched the rice perfectly. The omakase set meals such as spring rolls and chicken tempura were also delicious. A large serving of rice costs 50 yen, and leftovers are subject to a fine of 50 yen to 100 yen. I searched for a restaurant in Koenji that looked delicious and reasonably priced, and this restaurant came up. I went right away and tried it. A shop run by an elderly couple. I ordered the "Omakase set meal". It came out shortly after. It includes not only fried foods but also boiled bamboo shoots and fried tofu. The vegetables include not only salad but also ohitashi. It had a simple, nostalgic taste and was delicious. Now 650 yen is reasonable. A hearty lunch filled my stomach and soul.
