Visited for lunch. I had a large catch platter. Many people have commented, but the cost performance is very high. You can eat a lot of sashimi for 800 yen (as of December 1, 2022). There are many kinds of products, and I thought that I could offer them at this price. There is no conspicuous shop signboard, and it is likely that you will pass by without noticing the building that houses the shop. It seems to be a very popular restaurant, and it filled up quickly. The turnover seems to be fast, so even if it's crowded, you don't have to wait too long.

A hidden fish shop in a hidden gem. This time, I had a three-piece sashimi plate for 700 yen, and the freshness and quantity were surprising, making it a great value for money. The 3-piece set includes tuna slices, 4 slices of bonito, and 3 slices of sea bream. Judging from the freshness and price of the tuna, which can be cut in various ways such as the ventral side and the lean meat, I imagined that the tuna was probably purchased from the market every day with surplus trimmings. Although it is by no means a business model that can be expanded into a chain, it may be the oldest and most cutting-edge SDGs business that does not waste things, but rejuvenates them as products and provides them at low prices.
