Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Yamada Udon

Came here for the first time around 2pm on a weekday. There was no guidance from the clerk, and I was able to sit in my favorite seat. I came to Yamada Udon for the first time, but I thought it was an udon restaurant, but I was surprised that there were set meals and a wide variety of menus. This time I ordered a ginger-grilled set meal with punch (stewed offal) and potatoes. It was empty, so the speed from ordering to coming out was fast. Ginger-yaki had a lot of small pieces of meat and the taste was delicious, and I was satisfied with the amount more than I expected. The punch (simmered offal) was soft and easy to eat, and the menma was crispy and delicious, but it was a pity that it was a little warm. I knew it existed for a long time, but I didn't know it was so cheap and had such a delicious menu that I wanted to try. I definitely want to come again.

The inside of the store was bright and clean. The gyoza had more vegetables and less oil, the ramen had a traditional gentle soy sauce flavor, and the chewy thick noodles were free of charge for a large portion, leaving me full.

Zaru soba is so delicious! ! ! No longer Yamada soba! ! !
