I always enjoy Otoya! They have nice variety of set meals. The menu is available in English, Chinese and Korean. Free hot tea. Their service is great too!

It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was convenient to have a paper menu instead of just a touch panel.

You can eat after 9:00 pm. Otoya's cod and vegetable black vinegar set meal is my favorite. The bomb small bowl is also delicious. It is also convenient at night.
