Oh boy! This shopping area has plenty of budget choices to eat, but this one is a healthy one! It's hidden underground so just look for the Blue square sign on the building. It's underneath a Yellow "R" for Ringerhut which is another relatively healthy choice. Seat yourself. Push the button to make an order. You need to mention the order / amount of rice (little or normal). I would recommend swapping the rice out with shiso/hijiki rice. Service is friendly and fast just like many restaurants in Japan. And the food tastes great for a healthy option. I like it!

At other Ooto shops, you order on a tablet, but here you order using a buzzer and the staff reads the order. It's great for elderly people😊 There are also tables and spacious seats. Today's dish is Sukemune cod and sweet and sour vegetables. It was delicious! This is what I always do these days👇 I was holding an Asian fair right now. All of them had cilantro😵 so I quit. It was almost full on Saturday. ……………………… There is also a large shop in Certe nearby, but it's too small and I don't feel comfortable. This one has been around for quite some time and I loved it. Since the store is underground, there are no windows and the open feel is a concern. But it feels clean! The young woman serving the customers is disgusting... Today I had seasonal spring vegetables, squid stir-fried with salt koji, and bamboo shoot rice. It's a little salty. be careful. (Top left is an additional small bowl)
