This restaurant is an INCREDIBLE hidden gem, known well to the locals but virtually no web presence. Omoya is a "teishokuya-san," which services various dishes in sets with rice, soup and other side dishes. Almost everything here is amazing, although the lemon-butter fried tonkotsu takes the cake. The atmosphere is great and I really can't recommend it enough.

Three of my high school classmates and I used it for the first time in five years. The inside of the restaurant is a clean bar with side dishes and set meals. There are many people enjoying their meals by themselves, so it's not noisy. The meals are prepared using the flavors of seasonal ingredients, and each dish is seasoned to make you feel at ease. He also recommended some rare and delicious sake, and it was very delicious! The shop is run by a mother and son, and has a friendly and homely atmosphere that makes you want to stay there forever.

It was my first time visiting. The food was very delicious, and both of the staff were very friendly and warm. Although it's an izakaya, it had a calm atmosphere that wasn't too noisy. I will also try the gelato you recommended. I would like to visit you again...!
