It is the most delicious among Matsuya around here. Gyudon chain stores have hits and misses depending on the person who cooks and the timing of entering the store, but here you can eat hit beef rice almost anytime. When I visited the other day, I was so impressed that I wanted to call the chef after receiving the big hit beef rice once every few years. It's self-service, so it's good to feel free to enter.
