Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Japan｜（有）一福

On the 22nd anniversary of Hide's farewell ceremony, I went out to visit his grave. In the morning, he went to the Miura Cemetery first, and it happened to be noon after the worship, so he came to Yokosuka to eat at this Chinese restaurant that he liked very much. The owner is probably the second generation, and the proprietress is about 40 years old. I asked Hide which one she likes the most, and she directly pointed to "Chughwa Don". The price is not expensive, but I don't want to talk about it, just tell me that it was a long time ago. It is estimated that when Hide came here, the owner of the store was the previous generation. The current proprietress probably doesn't know much. The Zhonghua Don is not small, and the taste is very thick. It should still be the taste of the year. In fact, the store is full of "Showa sense" inside and outside the store. It is estimated that it has not changed much for decades. The record store that Hide used to go to in Yokosuka has closed down, and this Chinese restaurant does not know how long it can last. I typed so many inadvertently... probably the first Simplified Chinese comment. For friends who don’t understand Japanese, I’ll show you the way. In addition to the “Chuka Don” mentioned above, another kind of rice that Hide likes to eat here is “Niu すじ Set Meal”. If it’s not convenient to communicate, just point to the menu and order.

Anything you order is delicious. The atmosphere is also great. A popular dining room that you want to leave forever. Dogs are cute too.

I went in July 2015, it's 2023 now, but this is a late review. I liked X Japan Hide, so I visited this store after looking into it. At that time, an elderly grandfather served and the owner treated me kindly. It had a rough and kind image. Thank you for being a part of my life.
