I made a mistake when ordering on my mobile and ended up ordering from a store in front of the station. Immediately after that, I called the store clerk and asked her to put it on hold and told her that I would pick it up later to take it home. When I arrived at the store, it was cold anyway, so I thought I'd just heat it in the microwave at home, but instead I had them heat it up again on a griddle. I really appreciate the kind consideration given to the busy store staff due to my mistake.

The taste of Matsuya is almost the same and very good wherever you go. At Matsuya here, most of the staff are very nice and work very quickly. I asked for a takeaway during the busiest time, but two bowls were completed in 10 minutes. The speed of delivery and the quality of work is very good. Also, when I ate in the store during a very empty time, there was a person who was in the store who was talking loudly with her mother, probably because she had a disability, but the clerk had a very nice smile. I was able to give him a thumbs up, and he was the one to talk to, and I had a good impression. It made me smile when I saw it. I thought it was wonderful to be able to respond to any person and serve customers with a smile.
