Ogano, Saitama, Japan｜Genroku Ogano

I ordered waraji-katsu don, and it was so nice taste. I visited at weekend lunch time, but it wasn't crowded so much.

Came here for lunch on weekdays. The store was crowded, but it was a short time from ordering to completion. If you want to eat a lot, you can choose a set meal, and if you have a small meal, you can choose half soba noodles or a la carte dishes. In particular, there are plenty of desserts and drinks that young people can enjoy. Next, I want to order a large parfait.

You can eat Waraji Katsudon anywhere in Ogano, including the original Yasuda-ya, but my favorite is Genroku. Choose udon from the Warajidon set. It comes with mini udon noodles for 1,012 yen and is cheap and filling. Special mention should be made of the Waraji-don. The two waraji cutlets are the same as at other restaurants, but here they come in two types: loin and fillet, so you won't get bored by the second one, and the meat is delicious. The staff at the store are cheerful and helpful, so it's no wonder it's a popular store. Motoshikadon, which uses deer meat, is also unique to this region.
