Saitama, Japan｜健菜屋うしん

My favourite restaurant in Saitama! The menu changes every day and there is always a great selection of Japanese food with something for both fish and meat lovers to enjoy. The service provided by Mr. Shibasaki is first class. He is a very amiable, generous, and internationally-minded man with a great sense of humour (which seems to have been misinterpreted by some other reviewers). He cares greatly about pleasing his customers, always adding a personal touch. He can cater to anyone (in English and Japanese) and always makes an effort to accommodate customer requests. My only criticism of this restaurant would be that it allows smoking inside, but it's a very spacious restaurant which helps on this account.

Visited for lunch with my daughter. The interior of the store was spacious, stylish, and calm, and I was able to relax. I ordered the tonteki set meal and the ginger grilled set meal, and both were delicious. The tonteki was tender and the ginger flavor was good. I highly recommend this restaurant as a set meal restaurant, and I plan on going there from now on.

I had a set meal of pork steak, and it was filling and delicious. It's close to my home, so I'd like to visit for dinner next time. Thank you for the meal.
