On my way home from work, I decided to have dinner with a colleague from work, and I was interested in going to "Tsukasa", a famous tonkatsu restaurant in Tokorozawa. This is a restaurant run by a couple just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Tokorozawa Station. For orders, consult with the proprietress and have a loin and set meal. The roast cutlet seems to be the same roast meat as the tonkatsu set meal, but when I heard that the amount was 1.5 times, I ordered it without hesitation ^ _ ^ Please see the photo for the visual. The cutlet was first served with lemon salt, but the sweetness of the meat was delicious 😋 After that, it was gooey with the homemade sauce ^ _ ^ The shredded cabbage is also hand-cut, so it's crispy, and it's a masterpiece of handiwork that doesn't get tired even if you put dressing on it. It's quite a lot, but it's been a long time since I've eaten one pack ^ _ ^ It was delicious, thank you for the meal 😋

A tonkatsu restaurant near Shin-Tokorozawa Station. No, I definitely recommend this place 💖 ̖́-It's hearty, but it's crunchy and doesn't weigh on your stomach. I had a kushikatsu lunch (1,200 yen for lunch), and my friend had a fried shrimp set meal (1,800 yen).The shrimp were so crispy that you could eat them right down to the tail. Each person has 3 servings of kushikatsu and fried shrimp. Also, this shop seems to be very particular about cabbage, so they choose the production area depending on the season 😂✨❤️ You can choose from several types of dressing to enjoy the cabbage 🤣
