You can find Yamada udon here and there. I went to eat for the first time in over ten years. My impression of Yamada Udon was that it was cheap but not delicious. However, Yamada Udon was introduced on a TV program, and it is said that it is popular for serving freshly boiled buckwheat noodles. I wanted to go~ I was surprised that the soba was so delicious. Plus it's cheap! If you want to eat soba noodles, Yamada Udon is already good! I thought. I even got a free coupon when I checked out. Repeat is confirmed.

At all stores, the soba is now raw soba, and while it was still delicious, it has become even more chewy and goes down smoothly!
