Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan｜Pork tripe hotpot Matsui

It was made between Hon-Kawagoe Station and Kawagoe-shi Station, This is Matsui's second store in Higashimatsuyama. I wanted to try both normal and spicy, so I ordered a half & half set meal😄 Motsuni was so soft and delicious that it melted away❣️ Is the amount relatively modest even in half & half? So maybe there should be a little more. Even women can eat it easily. Makes me want some alcohol 🍺 There were many takeout customers as well.

I visited on the first day of the Kawagoe Festival. Lunch for two. I had the motsu-ni set meal (large serving of rice and motsu-ni) and the stone-grilled gojira. We each enjoyed a small plate of motsuni to share.

I've been going there occasionally since last year. The giblets stew here are the most delicious! Not only is the giblet boiled delicious, but the staff is also very nice, making it a very nice restaurant. Sometimes I order it at a delivery restaurant, and it comes with a cute message card, which is soothing. We support you in the future.
