Thank you for letting me into the store even though it was just before it opened. The stew set meal had a stable taste. It tastes like something you'd want to eat at a bicycle race track.

Revisited after about 4 years The menu has changed significantly Looks like it's only open for lunch Offal boiled yakisoba is I thought it would be made with giblets stew and a delicious sauce, but that was not the case. I just put boiled motsu on top of fried noodles (lol) For soft boiled offal Yakisoba was delicious😋 If it goes as I said earlier, I'm drooling just thinking about it 🤤

The manager of the store is a nice guy and often talks to me about my appearance on B-Grade Gourmet and about my upcoming appearance on TV. This restaurant used to have delicious giblets. What did you think of? Boiled offal ramen, soup with boiled offal and plenty of offal on top of the ramen. Yakisoba ramen with a strong flavor, the soup is Chinese ramen. You can add yakisoba to it or use it as a drink instead. Adding fried noodles gives it a unique taste.
