A long time ago, when I visited Konosu, I ate Kawahaba Udon. This time, I went to the historic Nagakiya. Inside the restaurant, you can sit comfortably at tables and tatami mats. First, we had a glass of draft beer and some chicken grilled with our secret Kasei. It's fragrant and the beer goes well. Then, I will eat Kawahaba Gosanke Udon. The soup stock is made with Kagoshima-produced bonito flakes and is delicious just by taking a sip. The ingredients are chikuwa tempura, colored tofu, tamagoyaki, and spinach. As you slurp your mouthful of a wide variety of udon noodles, you'll be filled with happiness and the flavor of the dashi stock. Next time I visit, I will ask again. Thank you for the meal.
