I have a strong feeling that this is one of the cheapest Sushi and Sashimi restaurants of good quality within the Saitama region. The whole-sale market is located very colse. Very good quality for a restaurant in Saitama.

I go to Gatten Sushi, but this is my first visit to this restaurant. Enter the store at opening time, place your order using the touch panel, and a staff member will bring you hot tea. Is it the autumn-only menu that I ordered? Hokkaido autumn salmon fried set meal. The fact that it contained natural Taisho shrimp was appealing. I chose normal rice, but it was quite a bit! Also comes with miso soup with wakame and fried tofu, and pickles. The main fried salmon was soft and fluffy on the inside and served with tartare and sauce. Lastly, I ate the fried shrimp with plenty of tartare, and the texture was so chewy that it was so delicious! It was a great satisfaction! When paying, take the touch panel to the register. The staff's response was very nice, so I would like to go there again! It was a feast!
