Sugito, Saitama, Japan｜Yamada Udon

This is the Kakashi signboard (restaurant) representing Saitama Prefecture. Even during the daytime on weekdays, the staff will be kind to you even after 2pm. My recommendation is the Tsukesoba set. Not only are the rice bowls delicious, but the soba noodles are always cold with cold water, and when you add wasabi, it's a blissful experience. It's cheap and there's a lot of it, which is helpful for me when I'm hungry.

I go there because I want to eat a punch set meal. And it's cheap! It's difficult when it's crowded, but the offer and service are good during off hours.

I went in for the first time in a while and had a punch set meal. The Yamada udon punch set meal was the best. The offal is soft and tastes great.
