More Comments at Google MapDelicious and recommended (people •͈ᴗ•͈) The interior of the restaurant was clean, with subdued lighting and plenty of table seating for families. We had a stroller, but they were happy to accommodate us. This was my first time using Ootoya. This set meal costs 900 yen (1100 kilocalories) and has a large amount of fried chicken. The crispy batter and the sweet and spicy sauce are very delicious!! Add grated yam for a few hundred yen. Delicious even without soy sauce, I served it with rice. One thing I have to say is that I didn't have a spoon. If you order yam, it would be nice if you could get a spoon on the side. It was nice to see the calorie display on the touch panel menu. The younger staff members were energetic and cheerful and gave a good impression, but the older staff members were curt and lacked compassion. I thought that a smile or a tone of voice could have changed the impression. The location was far from the parking lot and it was difficult to understand even when looking at the floor map.
First visit to Ootoya. Touch panel to order! There are so many menus. After much deliberation, I ordered the “Yongenton Pork Loin Miso Tonkatsu Set Meal” from the recommended menu. Change the rice to a sticky rice with five grains that you can choose for free. I was satisfied with the hot meat, rice and miso soup. It was my first time eating tonkatsu with egg yolk, but it was a new discovery that goes very well with it. It is very strange that the number of customers is small because it is also satisfying in terms of cost performance. We will visit again.
The service was smooth and responsive, and I felt like they were keeping an eye on the customers even when they were busy.
