Konan, Shiga, Japan｜Sushi Fuji

This is my second time here, and the fresh sushi and sashimi on the menu are all really delicious, and the conger shabu soup is so delicious that I look forward to the day's menu when I go to the restaurant. I think it's better to make a reservation in the evening before going. The lunch menu is also a good deal, so I'd like to try it next time.

I went there for the first time in a while. After all, fox udon is the best. The soup stock, ingredients, and noodles are all good. I think the taste is different from Maru○ Seimen. The nigiri 🍣 is also new and perfect. I will go again.

The atmosphere was good, and the tempura set meal was delicious!
