Hikone, Shiga, Japan｜Gozare

The restaurant was newly renovated, with homey meal. The price was reasonable too. we came for lunch and dinner, awesome

I took a short drive to Hikone, so I stopped by. Eat meat udon and salt-grilled mackerel. Delicious 😋 The sweetness of the meat is washed away with the stock, and the salty taste of the mackerel is washed away with the stock. I made delicious udon for the first time in a while 😋

The restaurant has a high ceiling and a clean feeling, and of course the food was delicious. We had cold udon noodles, fried chicken, and cold tofu.
