Since there was no boiled motsu, I had a yakiniku set meal, but the sweet and salty sauce was delicious with a gentle taste. From the looks of it, I wonder if they're using a ready-made sauce? I thought, but I didn't have any unpleasant feeling of Ajinomoto, so it may be soaked in homemade sauce. The miso soup is handmade and the ingredients are well cooked and delicious, and the small plate of pickles is salty like homemade, but it goes well with rice and is also delicious. The other dish is simmered pumpkin, and it seems that this is a homemade pumpkin grown in the field, and of course it is delicious with a gentle sweetness. I couldn't eat it, but I really wanted to eat it, so I went to Shosenkyo and had a set meal after returning. Although it doesn't contain ginger, it doesn't smell at all. I hope this kind of shop will never disappear. *Smoking is allowed in the store, so please be careful if you don't like smoking.

This restaurant is famous. I entered the store because it was close to Kofu Station and the store was exuding deliciousness and hospitality from the front. The owner and his wife are also very nice. Way to go. It is worth mentioning this white boiled offal. It is so famous that customers ask for the recipe. Other dishes are also homely and conscientious and the best. The shop soup was also miso and high quality unique to Yamanashi Prefecture. I was very satisfied, thank you for the meal.
