Great Shirasu don with famous 南高梅 plum. We came here exactly at 11am when the restaurant opens. The service is nice. The lady introduced different dishes and answered our questions. Highly recommend the mixed cooked and raw fish bowl. Miso soup is also very good, not as salty as the usual miso soups. By 11:30, the restaurant is almost full. Looks like a popular place for the locals.

This is the first time I visited this restaurant, and I was looking for a main meal with whitebait, and I decided to visit it because of the large amount of whitebait. Based on everyone's posts, we had the classic whitebait bowl set meal and the octopus tang and chirimen sansho set meal. The rice was a little on the small side, so it was enough for me to enjoy it. The atmosphere inside the store was nice and quiet. I would like to visit again if I want to eat whitebait again because I was able to easily accept orders such as more rice or less shiso leaves, and I had a pleasant meal. I will look into more detailed information when I visit again and will post additional information. I think it's a satisfying amount for whitebait lovers, so if you're interested, I recommend you visit once.

It was after 1pm, so some of the menu items were sold out. We had the daily special pot-boiled whitebait, karashi mentaiko bowl, and mini udon. There was a large serving of whitebait and a lot of mentaiko, so the seasoning of the white rice was so good that there wasn't enough rice at all. Please make sure to have a large serving of white rice. Next time I would like to try the raw whitebait.
